WHAT WE DO:
We have taken extra precautionary measures and set up new procedures in our daily routine based on guidelines from our local health authorities:
Face mask or face shield – is required when entering the hotels and when moving around all public areas; bar, restaurant and conference rooms.
Social distancing – Our team works in disposable gloves and masks / face shields, maintaining a safe social distance.
The team – is all trained in hygiene protocols that prevent the spread of infectious diseases, and make you feel safe. They wash and sanitize hands after every encounter, and will be wearing face masks or face shields at all times. Every colleague is required to stay home if feeling unwell.
Clean surfaces – We clean and disinfect surfaces frequently throughout the day with special attention to high-touch areas. We are using high-level hygiene products that still live up to the environmental requirements and our sustainable code of conduct.
Clean hands – We have set up stations in public areas with alcohol-based hand sanitizers for guests.
We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and follow the recommendations of our local health authorities.
TO ARRIVING GUESTS – visiting or staying:
You are always welcome as a staying guest, conference guest or just dropping by. Here are a few overall points to know:
Guidelines – We know everything is in flux and maybe a bit confusing. So, when arriving at our hotel, we’ve made sure to inform you of the safety procedures and guidelines to follow and keep safe.
Cash free – We offer cash-free methods of payments.
Look for any signs – If you show any signs of COVID-19 infection, please do not enter the hotel. We will help direct to a doctor to get tested.
The space of each room is compulsorily cleaned after checking out, along with complete disinfection of furniture and equipment available in the room, in particular a telephone, mini bar and TV with remote control.
The bedding is changed according to safety standards and using disinfectants. Detailed disinfection of bathroom rooms is carried out every day using single-use materials and disinfectants.
Daily cleaning takes place only at the guest’s request, taking all necessary precautions. The procedure is supplemented with thorough ventilation, each time disinfection of furniture and equipment available in the room. All rooms are equipped with hand sanitizers.
Cleaning staff work with gloves while maintaining a safe distance from guests.
During cleaning works, the housekeeping carts are protected with a protective foil, the vacuum cleaners are disinfected each time and the cleaning materials are used in only one room.
THE BAR & RESTAURANT
The bar and restaurant are open and ready to welcome you with great care, we’ve made a few adjustments to keep you safe and ensure a high level of hygiene. We serve you drinks and snacks with greatest care and distance between seatings.
Outdoor terraces – Our hotel has terraces for you to be outside for breakfast and during the day.
